2022 CLUB SECURED TWO GRANTS
Dursley Bowls Club secured a grant of £7,393 from The Barnwood Trust to implement various upgrades to accessibility, inclusivity at the facility, including new equipment for the bowlers to use.
Also the Club was successful in The Big Lottery Fund application, and received a grant of £10,000 from the 'Awards for All' scheme towards more site and facilities improvements including upgrades to the Pavilion.

CLUB SECURES SPORTS ENGLAND GRANT
DURSLEY BOWLS CLUB has been awarded £2,916 of National Lottery funding from Sport England’s Community Emergency Fund, to go towards the club’s ongoing running costs during lockdown, and green improvement project.

Dursley Bowls Club were successful in The Big Lottery Fund application, and received a grant of £10,000 from the 'Awards for All' scheme. We are proud to announce we have therefore been able to implement the much needed car park on our land directly behind our bowls green. A very welcomed asset to our club facilities.

2016
Dursley Bowls Club aims to upgrade the barren land at the rear of the bowling green into a dedicated car park new surface. The area has been cleared by Stroud District Council as part of the Lister's regeneration project. An old redundant electrical sub-station that serviced the original Lister's factory complex used to occupy the land but has now been demolished.
The Club is applying to The Big Lottery Fund - 'Awards for All' scheme for a grant and also THE COTSWOLDS AONB SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT FUND.
Various fundraising event ideas are currently being brainstormed, so please revisit this page again soon to see what fun ideas we have come up with for you participate in.
